Intestinal Type of Cholangiocarcinoma Associated with Hepatolithiasis

ABSTRACT
72세 남자환자는 3년간의 간헐적인 우상복부 동통과 발열을 주소로 내원하였다. ERCP 및 초음파 검사상 간내 결석과 종괴가 관찰되어 간엽절제술을 시행하였다. 환자의 혈청검사 소견은 AST/ALT 18/20 IU/L, alkaline phosphatase 140 IU/L, HBsAg(-), anti-HBs(+)였다. carcinoembryonic antigen, CA125 및 CA19-9는 정상 범주였다.
