Abstract

임상에서 간침생검을 많이 시행하므로서 각종간질환을 연구할 기회가 많아 졌으며 특히 광학현미경상 변화를 찾을 수 없는 경우에도 간세포의 미세구조를 관찰하여 각종 간질환을 감별 진단하는데 있어서 전자현미경적 진단이 가능하다 전자현미경을 임상진단에 응용하여 전염성 인자의 발견, 기질적 고빌리루빈혈증의 진단, 지방간의 원인규명, 대사장애의 감별진단, 간세포암종 및 전이성 간암의 감별 및 약물의존성 간손상의 진단에 광범위하게 이용될 수 있다.
