Clinical and Molecular Hepatology(CMH), an official journal of The Korean Association for the Study of the Liver, is issued quarterly and published in English.

The title of the journal is abbreviated to ‘Clin Mol Hepatol’. It was initially published by the name of The Korean Journal of Hepatology as the formal scientific journal of the KASL in 1995, and has been renamed as Clinical and Molecular Hepatology since its June edition in 2012.

The aim of the journal is to provide a forum for medical doctors and basic scientists working in the field of hepatology. The journal covers basic and clinical researches on molecular and cell biology, pathophysiology, epidemiology, diagnosis, and treatment of the various diseases of the liver and biliary tract, with special attention to more common liver diseases of the Asian-Pacific region such as B viral hepatitis.

Clinical and Molecular Hepatology(CMH) publishes original papers, case reports, reviews, editorials, and liver image and pathology. All of the submitted papers are peer-reviewed, and the decision would be informed to the readers the decision will be available in approximately one month. It has been cited in KoreaMed, KoMCI, MEDLINE/Index Medicus, PubMed, EMBASE, and Scopus. Open access to full text article is available in the official website of Clinical and Molecular Hepatology(CMH) (www.e-cmh.org).
