ABSTRACT
49세 남자환자가 1달간의 우상복부 동통을 주소로 내원하여 시행한 초음파 및 CT 검사에서 간내 종괴가 발견되었다. 종괴에 대한 세침생검을 시행한 결과, spindle cell type의 malignant tumor가 관찰되어 간엽절제술을 시행하였다. 환자의 혈청검사소견은 AST/ALT 24/ 19 IU/ L, alkaline phosphatase 114 IU/ L, total bilirubin 0.6 mg/ dL, HBsAg (- ), anti-HBs (- )였다.
