ABSTRACT
52세 여자환자가 간의 종괴를 주소로 입원하여 간엽절제술을 시행받았다. 환자는 1년 전 소화 불량을 주소로 병원을 내원하여 검사 중 간의 종괴가 발견되었으나, 치료를 받지않고 지내왔다. 혈청검사상 AST/ALT 47/ 77 IU/ L, alkaline phosphatase 74 IU/ L, total bilirubin 1.1 mg/ dL, α- fetoprotein < 2 IU/mL, HBsAg (- ), anti-HBs (- ), anti-HCV(- )였다.
