| ABSTRACT |

|
66세 남자환자가 복부 초음파 검사에서 우연히 발견된 간종괴를 주소로 내원하였다. 과거력 상 특이소견 없었으며 스테로이드 제재 복용력도 없었다. 간 기능 검사는 정상이었으며 HBsAg과 anti-HCVAb는 음성이었고 anti-HBcAb는 양성이었다.
α- fetoprotein은 5.1 ng/ml이었다. 환자는 간세포암종이 의심되어 간분절절제술을 받았다. |
